Track workout 5/30/2010

Since May 1, 2010 opening day I have gotten progressively worse with a cold, it took almost three weeks to go away, haven't really been able to train like I want to, the motivation wasn't there. This Sunday I finally did a training session on the track, with the remnants of a persistent cough reminding me that all is not well.

-20 lap warm up - 79 inch gear

-1 flying 400 meter - 79 inch gear

-1 timed standing 400 meter, 79" gear - time 32.53 seconds

-3 flying 800 meters - 92" gear

-1 flying 1200 meters - 92" gear

-20 lap warm down - 86" gear

Felt rusty and sluggish - just trying to get back into the groove.
