Another great opportunity to practice Keirin Racing today at the track. Lifted weights in the morning for 1 1/2 hrs then headed to the track. Took the opportunity to experiment with a bigger gear and various tactics. Did two efforts in the 90.6 and one in the 94, ended up last in all three efforts - a great learning experience.
